NEW! Spacious luxury group accommodation for 25 people with two living rooms and a sunny terrace with BBQ in the garden with its own mountain stream. The house is located on the edge of a small village in the heart of the Sauerland, a stone's throw from the main attractions such as Winterberg, Willingen, Fort Fun and the ski slopes. An ideal accommodation for groups of friends, large families or courses/seminars/retreats!

2 special parent-baby rooms have been set up especially for our youngest guests.

The house is located on the edge of the forest, from the terrace you can walk straight into nature! Our own mountain stream the "Dormecke" flows through our green, natural garden. Hear the rushing water, the birds sing and grab your binoculars to spot deer and squirrels in the forest!

The house consists on the ground floor of a spacious kitchen diner with enough space to dine together, a sitting room with TV (with all Dutch HD channels) and a spacious terrace in the garden with picnic benches and a BBQ. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, hob, oven and dishwasher. On the 2nd floor there is an extra living room with sitting area with TV, spacious dining area and extra kitchen. This makes it possible to sit together with the entire group, but also to split up. For example, the parents can chat downstairs while the children play games upstairs.

On the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor are the 11 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. These bedrooms have 2 or 3 comfortable beds and wardrobe space and part of the bedrooms have direct access to a balcony. 2 bedrooms are specially equipped for young families, with a baby cot, changing table and comfortable armchair in the bedroom. For those who don't need that, these are just extra spacious bedrooms.

The 5 bathrooms were completely renovated in 2020 and have a luxurious walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

The living area on the ground floor has an extra bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and sink.

The house was completely renovated in 2020/21 and therefore offers all the comforts that are the standard today.

There is free WiFi, satellite TV with all Dutch and Flemish channels in HD and the house is equipped with modern heating systems that are easy to set up.

Elpe is a fantastic place for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. Here you can hear the birds chirping, the water flowing and the wind rustling through the trees. Pure nature. In order for all our guests to enjoy this unique experience, we ask you to treat the environment and each other with respect.​ Loud parties and loud music do not fit in with that.

To allow everyone to relax optimally, we use a night's rest from 10 p.m. - 8 a.m., so that everyone can sleep well. Of course we also understand that not everyone wants to go to bed so early. So then continue to have fun indoors: inside the house with the windows closed and the music soft or off.
